I absolutely love this look so much because it's totally appropriate for winter minis the fact I'm not wearing tights (sorry not sorry). This look is pretty 90's with it's use of the velvet dress and staple black turtle neck for all those struggling artists out there. All I'm saying is if you want to be a retro rocker wear something oversized or velvet. I went crazy with jewelry because for some reason i feel it is very necessary to wear ample amounts of necklaces when wearing a turtleneck. I hope you like this look and enjoy the tune above.
